1. General

2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. However, product specifications, packaging, accessories, and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Product Use and Compliance
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product can be legally imported, sold, installed, and used in their country.
RFID products may be subject to local frequency regulations, output power limits, certification requirements, and import restrictions.
We are not responsible for issues caused by the customer’s local laws, certification requirements, installation environment, software settings, or incompatible third-party devices.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in the following cases:

  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Stock shortage
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transaction
  • Shipping or import restrictions
  • Incorrect customer information


5. B2B Transactions
For B2B orders, separate quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, or agreements may apply. In case of conflict, the separately agreed written terms shall prevail.

6. Intellectual Property
All product images, logos, trademarks, content, manuals, technical documents, and website materials belong to Apulse Co., Ltd. or their respective owners.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use such materials without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, customs delay, import failure, installation issues, or compatibility problems.
Our responsibility is limited to the product purchased and shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
